The Terms and Conditions of sales for jcinteriorsources.com, (“Web Site”).
By completing a purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
General Terms
JC Interior Sources Home Furnishings carries many of the products displayed on our Web Site in warehouses. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale on our Web Site may occasionally be out of stock or may be discontinued without notice.
All prices and services featured on our Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars, are valid and effective only in the continental U.S
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of prices, item numbers, availability, and dimensions, however, we cannot be responsible for typographical errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions.
We are proud of our products and have referenced wood and manufacturing techniques in general terms throughout the Web Site. Wood/veneer species, product composition, and manufacturing techniques vary by product and may change over time without notice. Final products may vary slightly in color, finish, size, or other features. Electronic equipment is shown as props and is not included.
“Starting Fabric” upholstery prices reflect the price of the item in starting fabric grade without any options. Items are not necessarily shown in starting grade fabric.
The total order amount, including tax and sometimes delivery charges, will be charged to your credit card or paid by check, in full, at the time the order is placed.
Order Cancellations
We cannot accept order cancellations on upholstery items after 72 hours of order placement.
For all other items, we will accept a cancellation for full refund if the item has not shipped. If the item has been shipped, the return policy and procedures outlined below must be followed. To cancel an order placed with jcinteriorsources.com, please contact us immediately at jcintsources@aol.com or by phone at 415-609-0134. If the item has not shipped, we will credit the full amount paid, back to the original credit card or by check, however original payment was made.
We do not accept returns because an item does not fit in the area planned or if it cannot be delivered into your home. It is your responsibility to measure all areas of delivery entryways and placement areas before ordering.

Warranty Service
At JC Interior Sources, quality has always been a priority. Email us at jcintsources@aol.com or call us at 415-609-0134 if your JC Interior Sources product is received damaged or develops a manufacturing defect that is covered by the Manufacturers Limited Warranty. Damage done by the delivery company is their responsibility and we will help you to resolve any issues if necessary. We have a network of service professionals who are ready to assist you with any warranty issues regarding defects.
Non-Warranty Returns
We make every effort to deliver products that meet or exceed your expectations. In the event that our products do not meet your expectations the following return policies and procedures apply.
Note that we do not accept any returns on mattresses or box springs, upholstery, art work or mirrors. We do not accept returns because an item does not fit in the area planned or if it cannot be delivered into your home. It is your responsibility to measure all areas of delivery entryways and placement areas before ordering. Please see "Measuring for your Placement & Delivery" for additional information.
Return Procedure: Items shipped via parcel post
You must return the product along with a completed “Return Authorization Form” via an insured parcel post carrier within ten (10) days of receiving the product. Repack the item securely in its original carton. If you need a “Return Authorization Form” you may contact us at jcintsources@aol.com or call us at 415-609-0134.
We regret that we cannot accept returns that do not include a completed “Return Authorization Form” or items returned after ten (10) days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping charges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your warranty service will be provided at no charge.
Your product will be inspected upon return. A return handling charge of 10% of the purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. A credit will be issued to the original credit card or check sent for the purchase within fifteen (15) days from when the item has been received at our Returns Distribution Center. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
Return Procedure: In-Home Delivery Service items
Within three (3) days of receiving the product contact us at jcintsources@aol.com or call us at 415-609-0134 to facilitate your return. If authorized, a pick up will be scheduled.
We regret that we cannot accept returns that are not authorized by us within three (3) days of your receipt of the product. We do not accept any returns on mattresses and box springs or upholstery/upholstery pillows, art work or mirrors. In-Home Delivery Service shipping charges are not refundable and you are responsible for the return shipping (pick up) charges. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, your warranty service will be provided at no charge.
Your refund will be reduced by a return handling charge equal to 15% of the purchase price and an In-Home Delivery Service pick up charge equal to the original In-Home Delivery Service delivery charge, if any. A credit will be issued to the original credit card or check sent for the purchase within fifteen (15) days of return of the product. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods.
Delivery Process
The estimated delivery date is an estimate of the approximate date the product is expected to arrive at your local delivery service center and is subject to change. We will endeavor to keep you informed on the progress of your order. Most items are in stock. Custom upholstery is made to order and typically ships to you within 45-60 days.
We ship parcel post items by UPS ground, FedEx ground or a similar type shipper. In-stock items typically ship within 24 to 72 hours of order acceptance. Express shipping is not available.
In-Home Delivery Service items are delivered and placed into your home by a delivery company located near you or is available for pick up at a shipping receiver/delivery company for a small receiving and inspection fee near you. You will be called to schedule an in-home delivery and will be provided a two or three hour time window for your delivery. Delivery is subject to reasonable and safe access. Hoisting and any other extreme measures necessary to accomplish delivery are at your risk and may add additional costs and must be paid by you at or before the time of delivery. In-Home Delivery Service may not be available in your area or may require additional fees such as for extended distance from a home delivery point, special tolls, or ferry service fees.
If you are not at home, unable to, or do not accept a scheduled delivery and a second In-Home Delivery Service trip is required you will be charged accordingly by the Delivery company and it will be your responsibility to pay them their fee.
A storage fee may be charged per month if delivery is not accepted within thirty (30) days after notice of availability of merchandise for delivery or pick up.
Legal
jcinteriorsources.com may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For this reason, you should review these Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from us. Any action relating to the use of
jcinteriorsources.com must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, Marin County.
